The short, plain-English terms for buying direct from us.
These terms apply when you buy Astraclean directly from www.astracleanuk.com. If you buy on eBay or Amazon, that platform's terms apply instead, and your legal rights are the same.

The product. Astraclean Composite Sink Cleaner, 500ml, made in the UK. Photos are for illustration. Use it only as directed on the label and on our website, and always read the label before use.
Correct use. Astraclean is for composite, granite and quartz sinks. Don't use it on unsealed natural stone or acid-sensitive surfaces such as marble, terrazzo, enamel or plated metals. Don't mix it with bleach or other cleaners. Test on a small area if unsure, wear gloves and eye protection, don't breathe the spray, use it in a well-ventilated area and keep it out of reach of children. We're not responsible for damage caused by using the product on unsuitable surfaces or against the instructions. That doesn't limit your rights if the product itself is faulty or not as described.
Prices. Prices are in pounds sterling. The price and any delivery charge are shown before you pay. We can change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already confirmed.
Ordering and payment. You pay securely at checkout through our payment provider. The contract between us is formed when we accept your order, which we'll confirm by email. If we can't supply your order (for example it's out of stock or there's a pricing error), we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Delivery, cancellations and returns. See our delivery & returns page, which forms part of these terms. It explains your 14-day right to cancel and your rights if an item is faulty.
Our liability. We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your consumer rights. We aren't liable for business losses, because the product is sold for domestic use.
Events outside our control. We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as postal strikes or severe weather. We'll keep you informed, and you can cancel and get a refund if the delay is long.
Your information. We use your details as set out in our privacy policy.
Complaints. Please email sales@astracleanuk.com first and we'll reply as soon as we can. If we can't resolve it, you can get free advice from Citizens Advice (consumer helpline 0808 223 1133).
Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
